Create professional invoices and track payments for your services.

Creating Invoices

  1. Navigate to Invoices in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Invoice
  3. Select customer and property
  4. Add line items:
    • Service description
    • Quantity
    • Rate
    • Total
  5. Set payment terms and due date
  6. Send to customer

Invoice Templates

Customize your invoice appearance:

  • Add your logo
  • Set payment terms
  • Include tax information
  • Add custom fields

Payment Tracking

Record payments:

  1. Open an invoice
  2. Click Record Payment
  3. Enter payment details:
    • Amount
    • Payment method
    • Date
    • Reference number

Invoice Status

  • Draft: Not yet sent
  • Sent: Delivered to customer
  • Paid: Payment received
  • Overdue: Past due date
